Ben Todi, B.S.E Eng.
PresidentBen Todi oversees all areas of Krijoh Group, and shares responsibility for client outreach and communications.
Ben founded Krijoh Group in 2002 and has been intimately involved in Toronto's condominium industry since Krijoh's inception. Ben completed the Property Management course from Humber College in 2003, and he has since sat on various Condominium Boards of Directors.
From 2013 to 2015, Ben was elected as Vice President at Nautilus, 16 Brookers Lane. In 2016 Ben was elected to the board of TSCC 2496 Ocean Club Condominium, where he again served as Vice President. Currently, Ben has been elected by the condominium residents to serve an additional three-year term ending in 2020 at Ocean Club.
Ben holds a B.S from University of Tirana and a Property Management Diploma from Humber College.
Kris Todi, B.A
VICE-PRESIDENTKris is responsible for operations and the day to day functions of Krijoh Group, as well as client outreach and communications.
Prior to Krijoh Group, Kris founded his first software company while he was a student at Yale, and headed its sales and client outreach until the company was ultimately acquired. Kris now serves as the Toronto Director for the global entrepreneurship group Kairos Society.
Kris is a champion public speaker and debater, having won first place in the World Finals of Model United Nations two years consecutively. Kris was chosen as the Best-Delegate at the Harvard National Model UN Conference, and he also chaired the famous "Crisis X" committee at Oxford University.
Kris began working at Krijoh as Site Manager in 2014 during the summers, and has chosen to work at Krijoh Group full time because he believes in the company's uncompromising commitment to quality work, and is excited to be a part of this great team.
Kris holds a B.A from Yale University.
Joe Russell, B.A
Chief Project Manager
Joe is responsible for overseeing Project Management placements at Krijoh Group, and also manages larger projects himself.
Joe has over 15 years experience in the Project Management sector. Prior to Krijoh, Joe worked as a large scale construction manager, overseeing multiple projects including high rise restoration, roof waterproofing, and concrete repairs.
Joe has consulted for various contracting companies and engineering firms, and was a chief negotiator in IBM's Campus development site, saving IBM over $1M per year. Joe was the recipient of IBM's Highest Team Award.
Joe is certified in Water Damage Restoration (IICRC), holds a degree from George Brown's Construction Engineering Technology Program, and a Dip.PM from the University of Limerick.
